Jennifer and Geraldine, sisters, friends, capricorns, and the multi-faceted duo behind All About the Wow (AATW). From the beginning, real estate has always been a main theme in their lives. Growing up in Puerto Rico, with their father, a prominent real estate developer, and their mother, a naturally gifted home-maker, who would turn each family house they moved to (and they moved often) into a home; their parents unknowingly gifted them the early appreciation, drive and grit for transforming properties from the inside out. Bringing a home to its true potential for a profit – was and is – a family philosophy.

Though both Jennifer and Geraldine have always been in the industry, they started off down different paths, allowing them to develop their own talents, unique perspectives, and skill sets. Jennifer graduated with a marketing degree from Southern Methodist University, and became a real estate broker, which gave her the background tools, experience working with agents, industry standards, timelines, and knowledge of the business of buying and selling real estate, inside and out. With her love of interior design and style, she found herself taking on side staging projects within her business. This gift she had, of knowing exactly how to lay out and style a home to sell, became her passion. She wasn’t the only one WOWed by the power of her staging and styling techniques, and soon, she had enough business and enough inventory to fill a small warehouse, lending her to establish, All About the Wow in 2015.

Meanwhile, Geraldine was living in LA after graduating from USC, with a masters in real estate development. She was working for Shea Homes as a project manager, where she soared and gained a ton of experience in the industry. Although she loved LA, she felt the ‘family tug’ at her heartstrings, and knew she needed to be in Miami, where both her parents, and Jennifer were. After moving to Miami to be closer to family, she co-founded a vacation rental company called, Vacation Living, while also working as a real estate agent and lending a hand at AATW. Over time, the pair realized they were better, together. Each bringing their own passions and strengths to the table, creating a unique blend of gifts that allowed AATW to truly grow beyond their expectations. They balance each other out, like yin and yang; these two sisters are a powerhouse (or should we say, powerHOME). After a decade of combined efforts, they are still learning, still growing, and have turned All About the Wow, into so much more than a staging company. It has become a lifestyle brand, with an amazing team behind them.
